SHIPPING POLICY

We are confident all purchases are appropriately and expertly packaged for safe and secure delivery ensuring your gift arrives at its destination in perfect condition.

 

The products are hand made, this can sometimes mean availability is not instant – we endeavour to keep as much stock on hand at all times and to inform you of any delay in delivery.

 

Shipments can be delivered to another specified address then your own, simply specify during checkout.

 

All times are beautifully presented with eco-friendly packing. We can also add an Australian made card and write a short message
if desired.

 

Shipping and any specialist costs are added to the cost of items purchased. The cost of shipping is calculated by weight/volume and charged at cost – all products are insured and trackable unless otherwise requested by the customer.

 

The choice of delivery is the yours: we use Australia Post, Couriers Please (Courier Company); TNT or Pack and Save.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

The Sheil Collection does not refund for change of mind of incorrect choice but we are happy to consider an exchange on a product which is undamaged; in original packaging and upon viewing purchase receipt. Exchanges must be made within seven days
of purchase.

 

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform The Sheil Collection
if an order does not arrive. Our gifts are professionally packaged to avoid damage during transportation – in the event of goods being damaged prior to arrival, we will happily exchange your gift. We must receive notification of damages on the day of arrival and have damaged goods returned to The Sheil Collection within 7 days. Please ensure you send your goods fully insured and request a
return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination (The Sheil Collection will not be responsible for any loss or damage of return shipments). Return goods must be in original box and accompanied by sales receipt and or packing slip as
well as photos of original wrapping and box after damage has been discovered.

 

The Sheil Collection is not liable to refund any international taxes or duties or exported goods.
